Intensive Outpatient Program
More support without stepping away from life completely.
The Holding Space’s developing Intensive Outpatient Program is designed for people who need more structure and support than weekly therapy alone can provide while still remaining connected to daily life.
The program will integrate group therapy, individual support, and practical skill-building within a trauma-informed environment.

WHAT MATTERS MOST
The modality matters.
The relationship matters too.
A therapeutic framework can offer structure, language, and tools. But meaningful therapy also depends on feeling understood. At The Holding Space, we believe both matter. Our therapists blend clinical expertise and genuine humanity to support you every step of the way.

As The Holding Space grows, our physical space is becoming home to complementary wellness practices and practitioners who share our belief in thoughtful, whole-person care.
