With more than 26 years of nursing experience, Roxanne brings a unique perspective to psychiatric care grounded in compassion, advocacy, and continuity of care. 

Her background in mental health, including higher levels of care (crisis care, residential, PHP, and IOP), prenatal, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause care, allows her to support clients through some of life’s most significant transitions. 

She believe effective care begins with understanding each person’s story, goals, and needs to create a long term, personalized path forward. She blends trauma-informed care, crisis sensitivity, and evidence-based psychopharmacology with holistic support, prioritizing safety, empathy, and continuity of care.
